They’ve trimmed the palm trees.

What
is
left
on
the
ground

looks like dancers who failed the audition.


LEARNING TO SIGN

We are not just speaking
we are dancing,
singing, mirroring and flashing
hands and fingers like
stars constantly
refreshing the
blue-black sky ...
