the Canadian dollar is even with the u.s. dollar. 1976 was the last
time that happened, and at one time a few years ago it was at
sixty-four cents. I live three miles from the u.s. border and the line-ups
going south are wild. hours at times. SOOO all is well here on the
west coast of canada ...

red is such a facinating color because there are so many different shades which really make them all seperate colors duhhhh. no really. "She moistened her ruby red lips." I feel firm just thinking about it. I once owned a T shirt when I lived in Honolulu that was the most beautifull of all reds ...

I dug the movie. Then again I like most films that can keep my
interest. The controversy of this film (book) is of little interest
to me. I just enjoyed it like any other murder mystery. There's
some real creepy shit. Like, when the Albaino monk chains his one
leg with a nail belt. Then, when he ...

How can you tell when an alcoholic/drug addict is lying?

His lips are moving.

I worked at a treatment center for ten years
which was run on the same agenda as Hazeldon.
I've heard it all. I got half way through frey's book,
and I must say it became comical. A root canal with
no freezing? I doubt ...

Hey dude: like magic, you'll feel
better about this life if you do something
for someone else each day, even when
it goes against your nature. Simple shit,
like ask the 90 year old if you can be of service
to him, and smile. I've also found picking up discarded
trash on city streets works. So good ...

oh oh:

there's a hot politician here in Canada, named
Belinda Stronach. Tall blond beautifull rich. She
has a chance to be prime minister some day or so
the papers say. That would be good to see all
the 'fat jack' politicians in the world making fools
of themselves. Horney bastards, stumbling ...

"Syriana"

By far the most anti.-American film I've seen that
hasn't been a documentary. I found it dragged
terribly, and you could see that all the intertwining
stories would come together at the end, and they did.
Perhaps I'm just not that dissillusioned yet with America.
There must be some good guys at ...

Gene was very cool. He gave hope of
peace while my war raged, and with me
in it I might add. I can't help but wonder
if he'll get to meet President Nixon in the afterlife.

"thanks anyhow dick, but I'm with God, and ...

I was on the Big Island of Hawaii (Kona), tending bar.
that evening the bar was quite loud and drunk. I stood
up and made the announcement, and the place stayed
drunk, but it became silent. Within minutes people shuffled
from their seats to the bar, to gather and talk quietly. I felt
in the midst of ...

Hate to be a name dropper, but I had a brief

I can't say the circumstances. Sworn to secrecy.
I will say this... He looks great. He's storong and
funny, and sober. Still going strong too, as he has
a ton of plans. Good on him.
