Some years back, I would naturally wake up with the sun. No matter what time I went to bed. Even if I'd only had 2 hours of sleep. It's hard to undue a habit and kids are a habit. They have to be. From the moment they're born, you have to be up early to take care of them. I used to love my mornings....
