Maybe I shouldn't call myself PoeticEyeGuy as folks might get confused. Anyhow I finally joined up and now I'm trying to find my way around. I'll send some more material to you all soon. Although I'm going away this weekend.

The good news is that I have finally managed to get the first tape from Cabaradio into digital form. The bad news is that the AVID system keeps crapping out on me. I'm not happy at all with how things are going on that system. I am running for the board of directors for the station now and hope to get some new equipment -- Power Macs/Final Cut Pro, etc..

It's strange how art is a continutal stuggle with technology.

I've had to plug in forty-seven cords and make senenteen settings and adapt to microphone peculiarities before I could play four notes.

I look forward to seeing the product of our work.
