The Substance Abuse Act

Post by sweetwater » March 15th, 2015, 10:41 am

From entering into rehabilitation and recovery into becoming Active Citizens and Contributors ... participating and integrating into the social tax paying fabric of society !

Money and limited resource being spent more on the integrative aspect of socialization as recovery ... rather than the institutionalization and cycle of abuse as wasted time effort resource and energy (it in itself a lifestyle of incarcerators being financed in the lack of resource and energy being spent as support into development and re-development of recovering individuals) being spent in the cycle of an outdated policing model !

That finances a University of Crime !

Or a schooling of a kind of irresponsibility to and towards persons in the development of real and actual integration that creates independence from marginalized representations of abuse and abusive associations !!!!!!
