Judih, if you'd like to set it up, go for it! ... I don't have the time right now. Just create the forum in the Today's Special Event category .... OR .... Create the jam in the GO forum and make it a sticky.

You can send out an announcement via email to all members in the Admin Panel.

Depends on your mail server and settings ... I got mine directly in my email, not in spam...

but YES, we should probably make that a permanently sticky announcement for members to add the email address to their contact lists.

When it comes time to set up the jam, maybe I'll have time to help. We should send another email announcement then when the jam is set up. The announcement you sent was lovely!
