see me see you there.
stare at a world in turmoil.
focus on passion.

i am a pinpoint
on the map.
trap me in your vision
and i promise to create
a revision of your view
while remaining true
to you.

Let it rip AP, SooZen and judih and cecil been teaching me by example for years. What I heard is once you know the rules you can break them. 17 sylables is from the Japenese language, English haiku is about 12 (I think but I know nothing --- I write haiku like inifinite monkeys write hamlet)and besides that this is what it says on the about this jam link on page one.
Please feel free to use the haiku form of poetry during this Jam.
You are welcome to expand your verse into other forms as well.

once you've read a lot
haiku comes intuitively
in syllabic pattern.

close to seventeen
or not -- poem rules are not like
the age of consent.

I don't think 'Therefore, I am.' Therefore, I am.

there are rainbows, maybe
they materialize, picture
postcard over verdant
maui jungles, full of gorgeous
nude celebrities, yeah
puffin' some pot after
like some blockbuster
ca-ching and who knows
cluster phuck at
ATASCADERO
but I've never seen any.

some guy was killed
a few doors down
boy and his ho did it
they're on the
proverbial lam
that's the sort of
sheet I deal with
anti-rainbows
over like barstow cemetaries
ya know
low rent Hannibal Lectors
trailer park demon-dykes
conjugured up from
a baptist nightmare
WONDER WORK and power
and maybe there are
beautiful
spooks man
str8-up NOUMENA
runnin' round
these barren locales
from Elko to
El Camino
ROYALE

ah yes the trees
and you know old trees just grow stronger
and old rivers run wilder
I could not make it through the naked winter
with out the live oak trees

you forgot the fist fucking
