You are either describing a person who has Anti-Social Personality Disorder or who is a Psychopath.
If so you may be entitled to a pension ... Contact your local practitioner
And apply for s free life diagnosis ...
That's ridiculous. People with these types of disorders don't get pensions just because they have a mental illness. Pensions paid by who?

I've already one pension coming ere soon, but another would be great.
