Thinking about your post about rancor last week.

Not to change the subject

But I told you once women scare me
You seemed suprised.

jitterbug did not get it either, me hiding from her on his porch she waiting there on my couch. God I peeking around the corner to see if her car was still there. Down on my knees to keep a low profile.

I only want the ones I can't have she told me.
See the pattern in my life she said

Got dam it jim, when is a woman's smile a smile
and when is it an invitation to touch her
when is her no, a no
and her yes, a yes.

I am one sorry autisic ass hole when it comes to love.
Remarkable that I have got to know seven women that way.
I think it was eight. I have to think
I would hate to forget any of them
all beautiful
all kind

I hope you have a better day at work tomorrow.
Retirement is sweet if you don't mind having no money.

good night

I bet it ain't jim, she knows her man

Too late for a girlfriend
Well maybe I should not say that
I sure am not headed out to the bars
looking for love.

But if I was standing under the live oak tree before my garden
and a poet priestess fell out of the tree into my arms,
well that would be serendipitous.

At this late date, I am happy to have found the muses of studio eight.

Sorry about the comment about Cindy
I could have edited deleted it
but it did not sink in till a day later
and by then I figured you had seen it

I bet it ain't jim, she knows her man
I am probably wrong about that

I got a friend in virginia that had a heart attack, he quit smoking,(as far as his wife knows) we all have to be careful . We e all play along, and he hides his smokes. She is a very inteligent woman, maybe she don't want to know he still smokes. As long as he does not rub her nose in it. But I don't know women, especially wives.

Dam me for saying this jim, I could never live with a woman again, not that anybody is lining up for that honor. And I sure don't want to marry one cause I know that any woman who would want to marry me would have to be bat shit crazy.

She would spend the rest of her life trying to restore her credit status if her name legally juxtaposed next to mine.

I took nine hours of instruction in Piper Cub, there was a glidding club in Adrian Michigan where I worked as a non degreed research chemist in another life time. Man I wanted to glide, but they required that you have a private pilot's license before they let join the club.

So I got a sail boat instead. Even better, the fuel is so much cheaper.

Ever as a trucker what he is hauling and he says "a load of sailboat fuel"

means an M-T trailer.

I been thinking about repression , I bet sitting is a good way to deal with that. THose thoughts just below the threshold of consciousness. Thoughts we are kind of aware of but won't let our selves see. Because they are threatening in some way Mnaz called those the not quite conscious stuff.

This is the board izzy named for perezoso, he had such creative complaints

Love this board, kind of like the old flames board at litkicks, I used to call that one my Zen board. Creative complaints so much better than that flame board.

editing on the fly eventually I fix all the typos. I just koo koo for an open text box

If you ever get a chance to see it
Life Is Beautiful
Is such a beautiful film
.

It is really the story of a father's love for his son.

The bit about standing uder the tree is a scene from the movie when his true love falls out of a tree and he catches her.

Jim my arms got tired after 28 years, I don't stand under that tree anymore. But I have to admit I do glance up into the branches from time to time.
Life Is Beautiful (Italian: La vita è bella) is a 1997 Italian language film which tells the story of a Jewish Italian, Guido Orefice (played by Roberto Benigni, who also directed and co-wrote the film), who must learn how to use his fertile imagination to help his son survive their internment in a Nazi concentration camp.

The title derives from Leon Trotsky's last testament; while in exile in Mexico, expecting to die shortly from high blood pressure (or from agents loyal to his rival Joseph Stalin), Trotsky wrote,

"Natasha has just come up to the window from the courtyard and opened it wider so that the air may enter more freely into my room. I can see the bright green strip of grass beneath the wall, and the clear blue sky above the wall, and sunlight everywhere. Life is beautiful. Let the future generations cleanse it of all evil, oppression and violence, and enjoy it to the full."

trying to decide if you are a mentor or just a friend, both I think, SooZen asked a question about mentors and I forgot about you until Wireman mentioned your name.

I would call you a mentor. taught me how to deal with my despair.

well it is a beautiful night a front moved in the last hour, broke the heat an humidity which felt like I was in south florita all day.

Sister back in crisis mode, what the hell is going on, why is a woman's pelvis such a unknown area for doctors. Tests, MRI, Surgery, oh my
at least her husband is not cracking the whip which is what he did last year in her time of need.

A kinder more compassionate brother in law, finally.

that's all
hope all is well with yous

Our physiology must be different
Pot so easy for me to quit
Hell I done it a thousand times
Serriously
I can go weeks with out it
Then one day I will wake up full of rancor
Or pissed about something
Or bad black depressed
and I know where to go and catch a buzz and I do.

Longest I have gone without it since I started smoking it at the tender age of thirty was six months.

Maybe I am one of those people who can't handle reality
Seems like such a harmless recreational drug except for the wear and tear on my lungs, and the murders on the border between the drug gangs due to the yankee yen for mexican produce but victory gardens are a
no-no , take your house, your car, for manufacturing vegetable matter, for daring to use every seed bearing plant for our purpose as it says in the bible I been told.

Shh!

VA put on spot about veterans' suicides

Cumberland Times-News

Veterans Administration officials were doing a lot of explaining and apologizing when they appeared on Capitol Hill this week to face the House Veterans Affairs Committee.

yeah well i appreciate your chemistry
really a decent answer
and i can say at this time that i am hooked on pot
so i smoked down the glass pipe
some of the resins inside
then boiled it in water
made a tea
drank that
now it it done
and i am quitting

work is tedious enough
i gotta process mounds of info
deal with streamofconsciousness
as it happens
real time
physickal

not to mention the wear an tear
and my wife's silent grief
as i withdraw

because it is what it is
may 14 a square day
for non-linear healing

back on fried day
fryday

gonna take a walk
let th world come in
one more time
the final era
at least if i wanna stay strong

i am a married man
i work in a challenging occupation
i wanna quit

back to tai chi
back to baseball with the kid
back to my wife
and intimate trust

i agree
i got pot seeds in th ground
waiting for summer's end and a sudden growth
sprouting
secret corner backyard

but it's only a decent burial
pipe in th shed
tucked away with ron's countenance
my conscience

no complaints
everything has a cost
i wanna stay in love with my wife
she don't like it
i can't pass a day without it
fuck it

a glass pipe
kept in honour
tucked away
