the underpass

Post by constantine » October 27th, 2009, 2:00 pm

you can take the tracks
or the underpass
you'll get there just the same
one way or another
you'll get there just the same
some things never change
dust is dust no matter what
no telling where it goes
lenny just hangs around
his eyes are too wide for his head
and his head's too small for his body
something's got to give
something's got to give something to somebody
sometimes in the wrong way at the wrong place
we can't change that even if we wanted to

we all get there one way or another, definitely. I think my body is too small for my head. It's all about proportions and ratios I say. I heard someone on the radio say anyone can be a chef-- you only need to remember a few important ratios, and boom, you're in. not sure why I brought that up, but there you go..

I like the sound of this, dino, it's hip & focused....it's a slant from one who has experienced something firsthand....that is clear, one who has walked in the boots, and has a few stories to tell......good write,
amigo.....
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading
