raring to go

Post by constantine » July 11th, 2010, 10:11 pm

where were we?
ah yes, my new poem
how could i forget?
it was right in front of me
i got up to take a leak
and got distracted
but, i'm back now
raring to go
did i spell that right?
a most unusual expression
"raring to go"
not sure what to make of it
how does one rare to go?
i guess it's one of those
idiomatic expressions
or a colloquialism
sounds like something
a short-order cook would say
got that burger?
yeah, i'm raring to go
i crack myself up!

Like warm, nutter butter
mmm--raring to go.
`Do you know, I was so angry, Kitty,' Alice went on...`when I saw all the mischief you had been doing, I was very nearly opening the window, and putting you out into the snow! And you'd have deserved it, you
little mischievous darling!

Loaded for bear
rare to go
so rarely do we go
always holding back
getting distracted
One of those mornings I just want to kill something
bigger than me
more powerful
Like Kirk Douglas in The Vikings
throw me a sword somebody

enjoyed my dino inspired ramble
to your nice poem
thank you
