at the last exhibition

Post by constantine » May 14th, 2011, 12:41 pm

at the last exhibition
reality had been laid before us,
in the arab quarter
a street scene was recreated
fifty egyptian donkeys were imported
the walls were painted to look dirty
the attention to detail was so thorough
so meticulously orchestrated, as to
give the illusion of reality
while still being part of
some other reality that was so real
so all-encompassing, as to be confused
by all who lived within its hypnotic power
of being the legitimate heir
to the kingdom that reality represents
or, at least that is what the guide book told us

what can you believe anymore ?.....more than ever, the great OZ has created an artificial world so complex, it will not likely be exposed in our lifetimes.....we will continue to bicker with each other...pawns fighting pawns....while the fat cats kick back in their gated communities that add another foot of height each day to their castle walls....the moats get wider too.....good poem doctor d.....

HaHa you're in my world then.
Lookie here to the fifty of you, get your getting my way by the nile. Gotta love all this. I'm gonna apply lipstick to every one of them muts and mingo can get the picture shots, then mr. u, you keep writing this up like ya do. I'm a fan.
`Do you know, I was so angry, Kitty,' Alice went on...`when I saw all the mischief you had been doing, I was very nearly opening the window, and putting you out into the snow! And you'd have deserved it, you
little mischievous darling!
