chuckles have always been a girlie treat
what with all the nice colors and sparkles
it's like eating pieces of my little pony
or a unicorn or something,
they're garish, like ill-cut gems
boisterous and brassy -
we look so good you've got to eat us!
but that doesn't cut it with me,
for therein lies the path towards
decadence and wanton hedonism
i will not dance around the chuckle of many colors -
the deliquescent she-whore of babylon!
if i want to indulge my baser desires
i'll go buy a sky bar
sky bar is sort of like chuckles -
conceptually speaking, of course
the schematic format is quite similar,
a linear segmentation of flavors
sky bar links the flavors
through an application of chocolate
while chuckles links the flavors
metaphorically, through a rainbow assemblage
same principle - a variation on a theme
there's nothing new on candy mountain
it's all been done before

I think sugar is a good thing- even for crazy people-poetry is very much a medicine as well yours has always been intriguing
