Do What You Do Best

Post by Lightning Rod » June 7th, 2007, 9:31 pm

There must be a Neil Sedaka tune that matches my mood tonight
I have a friend who played drums for him
$70,000 bucks a year for six weeks of work
Vegas, sweet gig

If you can count to four, yer in

I should have been a drummer
keep the beat instead of being cursed to push and pull on it

let me try it
one two three four
no, I wanna put the two and a half and the four and a half in there
and a few dotted eights and sixteenths
and explore the ligatto
I would be a lousy drummer
"These words don't make me a poet, these Eyes make me a poet."

hey truckin... when you go to youtube, if you click the "embed" code on the right and select all then copy and then paste it here, the video will show up in the thread. :) (i recently fixed the configuration so that would work.. just a tip to save a click :))

ok
but some of those videos request that you not embed them. Not this one though, thanks Doreen. I will try to embed any others I post except for the exceptions.

I am so lazy.

Maybe that is what I do best
"nothing"
Mortimer Snerd has my number

Image
One time Bergen asked his main dummy, Charlie McCarthy "What are you doing? Charlie answered, "Nothing." And then Mortimer Snerd said in his goofy bucktooth country bumpkin style, "Well, how d'ya know when yer finished?"
I thought I would try it out on Hometown Baghdad

I got plenty of nothing
