Redemptive Grace

Post by joel » June 16th, 2007, 11:00 pm

Redemptive Grace, in history you've moved
as if a year (or three) were sure enough
a ministry to calm all ages, past
and future, from the question: Who is saved?
With less than clear communication, you
preferred a holy ambiguity
with only one directive normative:
"Your Faith has made you well," you cried, "and live
by Faith."
Is faith my creativity
of I-Am-Saved belief? But it is you
who makes me well--and I am more depraved
than faithful. Be my Faith, my Grace, and cast
the lot of me in reformation. Rough
my self-smooth confidence and call me Loved.
"Every genuinely religious person is a heretic, and therefore a revolutionary" -- GBShaw
