abuser song #7

Post by joel » August 11th, 2007, 12:13 am

Shut up and take it like a man—you’re weak,
effeminate. Don’t dare talk back to me,
you poor emasculated poor excuse
for manhood: limpid, impotent and soft.
Straighten up and take it like a man
and thank me if I care enough to beat
you, if I care enough to smack and jerk
your attitude till off it flies. I’ll work
you over, pound you till you’re tendered meat—
but you would rather raise a fit. I’d ban
your whimpered wet complaints that you so lofty
raise—you think I’ve hurt you? Don’t refuse
to answer now. Don’t dare not talk to me—
my piece is said; it’s time you’d better speak.
