I’ve waited still for you—and still persist—

I’ve waited still for you—and still persist—
you haven’t set your face nor lifted eyes
to notice me, this Destiny I’ve prayed
might all your fate inform and dignify
with purposes revealed. So here I wait
as all things wait: to simply noticed be.
I’ve given me to you. You can’t reject
my self-assigned reality, directed
as a vector meteor that – free
from spacious floundering in weightlessness –
is given new to earth-mass by
the choice of but the universe; I’ve made
me yours and now am yours to make and size
and fashion into love as yet dismissed.
