channeling coldness disguising her self-consciousness...

channeling coldness disguising her self-consciousness and fear

the tundra of her senses
buried under the permafrost
of her self-exiled ice-olation
now begs for the sun of fun
to break the freeze
bringing laughter to tickle
the stillness of seed
deep inside her belly
with the fertile feather
of being rising like fog
under the heat of rebirth

fly now - your wings are open
and they long to soar with
your imagination unleashed
across the plains of passion
that have lain so dormant until now.

your being is your soul
longing to share its shine
with all the other lights
to dispel the shadows
that have hidden you for so long.

your mystery will soon be unveiled

The whole poem is great, but these lines really struck me. Especially as it starts getting cooler rather than warmer these days...an awesome thaw in these lines.
