the sun came out in the desert and all her shadows came to visit
she looked like a spider
little spots all over her face
she had a way of getting people to feel sorry for her
her son, her pain, her cancer
which meant
- you should take care of her
she did not have to give back
it began with the dog issue
which just kept on
whatever makes people think they can act that way
no idea
her web like threads were not as able to wrap around whomever got tangled in her web
quick to cut them loose
i went contrary to her plans
