Last Night Well Done

12:03 a.m. - jazz from the dead
no name men
moon walking women

one man listening got lost in his mind
another got chills from the piano
a third named his daughter
from the song's title

... passing rain
river made high from it ...

a woman named Ross said,
"the theme is not easy"
but many never heard this news

it was just a small
moment
in a corner of time

but who could ask for more ?
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

amazing how profound that can be.... 8)
