testing the waters
seeing what works
a whole year of sitting too much
can strip you of who you were
and honestly it's hard to remember
exactly
I can look at a hill I once easily traversed
and my mind says you better wait,
this looks dangerous....and that
gives me a clue to who I was
who was I ?
who was I ?
If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading
you may end up where you are heading
Re: who was I ?
have to look at what you will be not what you was. good one.
I'd rather learn from one bird how to sing than teach 10,000 stars how not to dance.

Re: who was I ?
man, I can relate to this one. Three years conceding to arthritis - one to the pain, then one for each surgical intervention. Takes a toll. What's this I hear about aging gracefully?
