I'm interested.
I've been both.
My music has also been accepted, encouraged, and applauded - even envied, I'm told.
I recently got a pretty stinging rejection on the album I spent four years producing (gee-zus tears are coming to my pwecious widdle eyes), so I keep calling myself brave (applause, applause) for throwing it out there.

o, no!
i said 'vacuum' is worse
but rejection of 4 years work is a horrible blow
hmmm, but at least you weren't ignored. They responded to you.
Keep trying. Remember how long Jack Kerouac waited before someone thought well enough of On the Road to publish it.
(meanwhile, crying is good therapy. But the best therapy is to come jam with us this weekend. Let out those feelings of rage and frustration)
