Narcissistic Fridays
I got a new bike
a Schwinn Upright
the sweet times between gigs
I spend my luxurious leisure time on me
paying attention to my flesh and bones
keeping the faith
on a slow road to heaven on earth
rode three miles on a computerized fun ride
spent ten minutes as my goal
distance3miles goal achieved
I guess I should feel pretty good about and I do
now I need to pay attention to my posture issues
now that I am no longer hunched over the wheel being pounded up my spine by the rocking and rolling of the bus on dirt roads with ruts and potholes
