I am ready to eat, even the pigs, when you are.
Just call my name. Jack's back. :P

it has been sweet
this life of mine
this body of mine

feed your head
I got the blues for Clay
when the gates swing wide on the other side there will be room for... Clay and room for me
with fifty miles of elbow room, I don't know what I mean, just a song I heard
get it while you can

for time is the unbending deserter it gives you only the now

What has happened?
I wonder about you men
you're always up to thinking something's happening
and I'm always wondering what I just slept through.
Tell me.

Hey Baby Que Paso?

Sometimes it has nothing to do with women, not often, but sometimes the boys will be boys.

Shit just happens.

thinking about a song the jitterbug wrote with a friend

whatever I do is challenged by you and I am drawn to your warm warm bed

it took me too long to write you this song lost in your warm warm bed

Tequila Tuesday night
holding a vigil for a friend.

Is Clay not o.k., Jack?

News about Clay

Clay, trying to be a close as I can get from so far away,
I been thinking about our friendship on the net these past ten years. You always showed me the kindness of tolerance, I am trying to remember everything we said to each other.

time is an arrow I have heard it said
it always points from left to right
I don't why
Just the way I learned to read maybe
eternal return eternal life
smarter men and women than me have said yes
who am I to differ
with my heretical faith.

moving on everything was beautiful and nothing hurt

"You done stomped on my heart, & mashed that sucker flat, You jest sorta romped on my aorta..." John Denver
I will miss L-Rod--he was a freaky John Denver. Check out the song & the patter before it.

Me too. I wish I had got to meet him, hear him play and speak his poetry live, shake his hand, maybe hug, but just have some touch of him to remember. This world wide web is so disembodied.
