Write as though no one reads

in each falling letter tumbling
you emerge
ultimately every I
wages its lonely battle

and the conversations in the head
how they rattle

I wrestle on the page with sometimes fury
each letter hits its mark and blackens I

different strokes I guess

I want to be read

I just don't want any replies.

I tried locking all my posts on my artbog

But I felt like such a wimp.

After all the posts I have tagged

I have to take my just desserts.

I am baking cup cakes again
desserts on me

Well, of course I want to be read too, still t, but what I mean to say is that I want it not to matter if I am, I want to write for my own satisfaction and not let trepidation rule. So we are probably much the same in that we want to write what we want to write and maybe not get any grief over it. But don't you enjoy the conversation that erupts? I like nothing better than to have some good back and forth going on...some word sparking. And I'll take one of those cup cakes too, but I don't want any sprinkles just give me an extra dollop of icing!

Hit them keys! Whammo Blammo! Or fizzle. But hit them we must. Thanks, mingo. And thanks for popping by.

Plenty of trepidation here mouseyone

I can usually get along better in conversation than I do in text. More clues for the socially spasmodic to go on.

Every keystroke is a leap of faith for me.

I don't know where my fingers will land next

most be something writing this because it

it almost looks like language.

English maybe if read from right to left.

lines of text lining up across this text box

cinder blocks.

give and take

sure

give and take

what we do

Perhaps I should have said.
I don't care if I am replied to
Just my vanity.
Sorry I said that.
I read them over and over and wonder did I write that?

Well I been thinking about cup cakes a lot lately

I think it was a song

about a Princess Cup Cake.

had a line in it

about "Baby looks like a very big girl to me"

Reading the Plath journals today, a sixteen year old girl is making a play for her husband. He volunteered to tutor the kid. Very interesting reading for a man who does not know women.

Are we having a give and take yet.

I just be tippy tapping finding my way along

sometimes my hands shake so bad I can not type.

Shake shake

Yup. It's good give and take.

And yes it's good if it doesn't matter to the writer if anyone reads because after all what is the porpoise? The porpoise is to swim in your own sea of words and jolly good if the other porpoises swim along too but each porpoise has its own fins and reasons to sea! See?

In my case my wish and need for acceptance sometimes outweighs my other motivations and it is then I sometimes search for the delete key!

I think we all ultimately want to be accepted as we are and so we reveal bits and then more bits and then if we get away with that perhaps then a few more bits peep out...but all the time one is probably gauging acceptance and maybe that's where the trepidation comes in. An accepting audience is a boon to true being.

We've got to keep tapping though, for it meets some need. I guess. And also it is good to learn from the tappings of others.

"exactly", he whispered thru the lace curtains that did little to prevent anyone from looking in, but they felt so old and timeless... that smell! the memories they brought up, despite the fact he never was there... "exactly..."

Beautiful, mt, beautiful!

Ha Ha, you're whispering through lace curtains and me through gunny sacking!

But so long as the words get out! :D

i always write
as though
no one reads
because it's
often impossible
to know if they do

i also sometimes read
as though it was me
who wrote

and that's often how
i read you

:D
