Introduction: New Member

Post by Poetsden » November 4th, 2011, 11:16 pm

Hello My name is Teresa and my screen name is Poetsden. I just figured out how to register and join. I am a poet and you may check out some of my work at my website: http://teresagallion.yolasite.com/
I offer as an introduction the following piece:

A Smile

A smile is like nutritious food.
It gently feeds the soul.
Each time a smile is given and received
a new seedling buds in the garden
of your heart and soul
takes another growth leap.
The illusions of earth time
cannot destroy a smile.
It is miracle grow from God.

WELCOME... Teresa... I've listened to some of your spoken word poetry and I'm very impressed. I'm so glad to meet you and so happy you joined our group.

You can upload mp3s on this site, btw, with a click of a button... if you need help just let me know. There's a Spoken Word Poetry and Music forum below. (Oh my that rhymed, it must be a poem. hah!)

I hope you enjoy exploring the site and posting your work and making friends with other poets. It's a calm place here. We support each other.

Welcome!
