Lemonade wars

Post by mnaz » August 25th, 2007, 6:45 pm

The suited gray missile mouths may have a point, up on their temporary cadaver podiums and pulpits. We've built up such a great nation that we must fight the invading hordes over in their own demonic backyards before they can strap it on and attack our churches. The particulars aren't important-- we have what they want, you see. And the kids could get an education if they play.

Rolling down old Rte. 23, through Jimson weed broken pane deserts, among spent girders and rust stains; time to think. The missiles may have a point. I'm pretty sure the Commies were coming to take our prized infrastructure... but we beat them back, by God, and we'll do it this time. And next time too. The kids are strong and true.

The suited gray missile mouths may have a point, though it's a bit omnivorously omni-directional in these confused times. Oh sure we have our flaws, but we're nowhere near as bad as those butchering Reds and Muslims, and by God we have strong leaders, who send the army across ocean after ocean to protect us from evil; to protect the innocent and weak! Like myself... you know, prone to reflection and all that.

The vote never powered this enterprise anyway; it is strength; it is capitalism; it is the blood capitalism of defending capitalism, so well armed... never been bigger.... Capitalism... the agony of an IED victim in the rancid char of no-bid contract oil wars... the hell curse of villagers lit up with napalm in the jungle... the slush funds and invasions; the swamp of honor... But capitalism is also home of the win-win deal, or a lemonade stand on Maple Street, wide-eyed proprietor, and a box of nickels.... so it must be here to stay. The suited gray missile mouths may have a point.

interesting passing thought. capitalism can afford pointy-headed missiles.. by the thousands and thousands and point them anywhere they want. nothing like pure hyper-capitalism to scare the hell out everyone. may be god's point...

So it seems, Cecil. All the factions and subsidiaries try to purchase God sooner or later.

Keep as many of us in fear and fatigues as possible, control the information, and keep raising the global profit bar higher....

"All the factions and subsidiaries try to purchase God sooner or later."

would that indicate the god is the final need or want..?

today i'm sick of god... too commercial and powerful to be authentic and at the same time useless as nipples on a chicken. must be a better concept, eh?

"it is capitalism"
with a friend some days ago we were talking/joking about the stalinist periods of our lifes, then we remembered something like more happy socialist periods and little moments of anarquismo. We ended wondering if we were now in the capitalist period and if History is cyclic.. jaja!!!
funny title, thanks for posting it!!!
