just for starters my favorites are locust tacos smothered in guacamole and locust pizza with anchovies and freah grated parmesan cheese.........O and don't let me forget locust shishkabobs plucked right off the deck, barbequed then dipped in wasabi...............ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Don't forget locust stir fry. Make sure to add some cidcadas to it. So as to bring out a matching taste.
