I have met my enemy and he r me

sometimes the only thing helps is listening to music, don't poison yourself with psychic pain. It might feel like a slap in the face with an Uzi but you are not spitting out blood and broken teeth.

Morphine for that is a friend I think
for psychic pain music has the power to . . .

I don't have any friends outside of my family
but I try to build on that as studio eight friendly strangers
sometimes I think friends are such chick things
sometimes a sister needs a sister to know what you are feeling

Psychic pain is just as real as somatic pain, in manifests as somatic pain, got to take your brain away listen to the music old kurt vonnegut would say

don't mind me sister, sometimes I sound like one of those jerks too
I can't stand that guy but I like his avatar a lot

High Q
I Q
low brow scowl

All things bright and beautiful
grow dim and decay
waiting around to die
another day

Life and death
in the slow lane
nothing ever happens
except when I am driving or typing

Jack knew time
Jack knew karma
Jack be quick
got out quick

Jack and his dick
real gone chicks
wrote like a lover
lived like a lush
the lush life
ain't no good life
it's just my life

thank you Ti Jean
thank you St Jack
write to me about Nietzsche
tell me about Jesus and Buddha
Heaven and hell

Riding That New Jhana Railroad with jack
first time I felt that way about him
a new appreciation
of his adoration for Jesus and the Buddha.

jack had the amygdala of a big cat.

I will be seamless and dreamless
I will be whole
from pole to pole
from life to death
to life here now

Dreamt last night
of putting a pair of ear-rings in.
Getting all dolled up.

i fed my earrings
to my dog
he ate one right away
the other he buried

he might be hard up against it
for a good snack

When we went to the beach that day
you were out in deep waters
and I could only think how
Loch Ness monster
you are to me.

You're a great mystery.

listening to Kerouac's Wake Up
for the first time I felt a reverence and respect for the Buddha
adoration even
looking back on the kind people I have met in this weird wired wonderful world
I recognize the Buddhas I have met
wireman kind as a Buddha to me

dreams of jamming on studio eight last night
dreams of and Buddha Babies
sucking at Maya's Breast

Rutherford B Hayes also in my dream last night.
Why would I dream of Rutherford B Hayes?
strange dreams
