on not making friends

Post by sonofthesun » May 18th, 2009, 11:39 pm

if that were what was life was
nothing would get done
should we all agree
and accept how it is
let some decry their opinions
while most remain quiet
let your worst out and hope
someone comes to help you
find something better
fight for your world
let it know you care
There is no empty space

god helps those who help themselves
that must be the first law of nature
I think.
But I am no Spinoza or Einstein
Even if I do believe in their god

perhaps
maybe
we help others
most
when we find our little light
and let it shine
like a Buddha
a Christ consciousness

sometimes I just can't find any trouble
Iused to have to go looking for trouble

But I am old now
and my bones are brittle
and it only hurts when I laugh
so I find it best to get pissed
totaly drunk first

fucking and shitting
is so natural for me.

sometimes I just can't find any trouble
I useta to have to go looking for trouble
But I am old now , my bones are brittle
I hardly get bored anymore and it only hurts when I laugh
so I find it best to get pissed, totaly drunk first
then go look for a parade to piss on.

, fucking and shitting, breathing, fighting, killing, is so natural for me
so human
I was born to it.

There Is a Bluebird In My Heart Bukowski

I have never bought a book by him
Just stuff I have read on the net.
I like his poetry just fine
If he wants to kick the shit out of his wife
in front of the camera crew filming his video biography
who am I to say.

Nobody lifts a finger to help her
that is what I call a disciplined movie crew
dedicated to their art.
would it be better if he did it in private?
but what the fuck does that have anything to do with poetry.

Are great poets supposed to be nice guys too?

I know I am a loser
I can prove it.

oh here i am refusing to believe this spirited mynd beat his wife
from babe to old sage ya can see his youth turn into rust
right before your eyes and then he gets his raw self alive
and weans himself off life gradually through the years
knowing he'll need to spank himself with a whip in hell
all the whyle saying, "I know I am a loser I can prove it."

i don wanna be a loser, man, i wanna be a winner

smiles and sways
acceptance is admitance of your own lacking
as i can not be all things at once
realize we are reflections of our own self
hatred is self aggrandizement
death to the one who speaks truth

enjoy differing opinions
on which we must argue vehemently

disclaimer: did not watch any of the videos, nor will i ever upon this site or any other that deals with creation, fuck them i got my own shit, but i do have delusions of granduer so take that with the proverb

I have heard it said that winning is everything

Sometimes winning feels good
sometimes it has left me feeling sad

Sometimes I can't can't even tell if I have won or lost.

It was not really Mae West who said "Skepticism is the chastity of the Intellect"
"Skepticism is the chastity of the intellect" Santayana The Idea of Christ in the Gospels

to watch a baby "animal" die because it is "n

Post by sonofthesun » July 2nd, 2009, 3:47 am

is it natural to watch a baby of any species die
i think not
you are apart of nature
help the fucking thing
that is natural
a camera does not exempt you from what is
life is happening as you are
accept your place
the lense does not seperate YOU
from that you are supposedly recording
you are not god you fucking piece of what have you
your ethics are diseased from within
react as life explodes around you
and as death surounds you
man may never be the conscientous observer
nor should we be
man must and is reactive
sometimes...
when not grazing

Mystic Texboxes
from afar
from a remote consciousness
the words appear as if by magic

Call it art
Cinéma vérité
something like that
Combat photograhy
