Not first time in Uruguay, but first time in Montevideo! Beautifully phantasmatic during (thanks the break between the Church & the State there) "Touristic week". You can walk and watch upside without fear of being crashed by cars, people and buses, the city is almost empty!!! I enjoyed that but also made me want to be there once more in Carnival times!! Enjoy!!!!!!
