Re: uplift me don't downtrod me jam
tomorrow and the day after
early morning rising
ready for the jam
Oh Yeah!
"Oh Yeah", my little rock and roller says to me. the tone in his voice so cool, so beat. Just a kid to me I am old enough to be his grandfather but he is way past where I was at his age, I was still in Squaresville in 1968 but the times were. . . fast.

Re: uplift me don't downtrod me jam
in our bewilderment
we look to one another
a small clasp
on a long chain
we hook to one another
we look to one another
a small clasp
on a long chain
we hook to one another
Re: uplift me don't downtrod me jam
on a long train
bound for nowhere
bewildered
yes but so amazed by it
tin pan alley childhood still lingers
off on another interesting long chain of thought train
the longer I live the more I live
It lifts me up to think about Tibetans as the New Jews;
Buddhist Eschatology 101
Eskimo pies
and The Jew in The Lotus
