Missing line of buttons at bottom of page

We're missing a line of buttons at the bottom of the page: one of the best tools on the site "find unread posts" was just one of the options.

what happened? where'd it go?

Uhoh. Sorry! I have to contact James. I asked him to set the whole site for the IE style so it was the default so all IE users would see the text flush left instead of centered. Something must have happened when he fixed that.
