happy trouble & history

Post by the mingo »

o girl i'm gonna wail
hold on the the monkey's tail
gonna dodge the fallin' hail
gonna tell Sweet Betsy how bright the business is!
gonna shout to the George Government
Hey! Grass! is it all even necessary? and how about
leaving the whales the fuck alone?!
I'm a natural object who's only plan
is to be here in the land
of flat milk
and goober peas
o happy trouble & history
i grew up far from the foaming sea
& you'd just never be-lieve how BIG it is!
got a little mouse skull
on the desk
he don't tell stories
he's at rest
he don't even wonder
'bout the rest of his bones
he don't even care
if he's at home
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

nice mouse- loved the write
reason is over rated, as is logic and common sense-i much prefer the passions of a crazy old woman, cats and dogs and jungle foliage- tropic rain-and a defined sense of who brings the stars up at night and the sun up in the morning---

`Do you know, I was so angry, Kitty,' Alice went on...`when I saw all the mischief you had been doing, I was very nearly opening the window, and putting you out into the snow! And you'd have deserved it, you
little mischievous darling!
