Dearest Cecil,

If you can read this, it means that the ink didn't run too much under my tears.

Oh Cecil, I'm so sorry. You'll never know how sorry I am, but this is how it has to happen. What we had was wonderful and I loved every heartbeat of it, but it's over.

It makes my heart full-sore, but we're too different, east and west... Oh, Cecil, a fish and a bird could fall in love, but where would they live?

I'm afraid this will be the last you will hear from me.
Please don't come looking for me.
