Radical

Post by Kailashana »

The key that unlocks all doors
is hanging by a thread
around the tenth monk's neck,
meditating
on the eleventh hour before doomsday.

The poetry critic
afraid to write the poems of his life, will
never see the strobe effects on the last train
as it enters the darkest tunnel
and freezes in the light,
high above the earth on the mountain
she can never reach.

However,
there is a gentle rain that falls upon the lilies
of the field, there are lovers every where and
one thing I know for sure:
white roses
will never die of shame.

(it's been wayyyyyyyyyyyy too long. After a long absence from AT, and the same old same old when I returned, a friend reminded me of Studio 8. Lot's of stuff happening in my life and lots of catching up here.)

Love it!
And above me the stars align
But not yet with my own
And the night birds sing
Whilst the demon haunts this restless soul.

Nice. That hoary old "critic" just couldn't see it, try as he might (but didn't)...

Hey, this Eight place is alright...

That wasn't as much as a problem as the moderator.

I will not be moderated for speaking my truth as long as others roughshod over everyone. Free to be assholes. Well, maybe it's not THAT bad. :-)

Like the "strobe" reference. At least you understand the word ;)

Yeah, what an arse!

This poem was going to be my goodbye poem @AT. Then I decided, why bother?

Dunno what's wrong with the moderator or his golden boys, and I'll miss some folks there, though it's good to know that this watering hole brings in some of the usual suspects.

I like this. And I understand the "strobe effects".

Nice poem here.
