Caught My Beagle

today trying to eat
his own shit from yesterday.
Back to nature ?
Fuck that stupid noise.
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.

...and when a beagle takes off like a bat outta hell there's nothin u can do but hope he or she comes back 8)

My lab does the same. I asked the vet if something was missing from his diet - he said dogs can't always digest efficiently enough to extract all the nutrients, so they sometimes have to eat it again. It's normal behavior, so if he does it off-leash, I look away - but not when he's leashed. Yuck.
