If you do not change your direction
you may end up where you are heading

Re: the dance of never forget
I need dance lessons
but first I need to listen to the music
a musician once said of me "I don't know what he hears, but he sure listens to it"
don't how I got by these last forty years without holding a woman in my arms
except for sisters and nieces
pity the man without those
"you always gets what's coming—you never have to ask". (the Spinoza of Lombard street in the heart of Jewtown in east Baltimore a hundred billion years ago)
when i was a love sick puppy
staring at a woman's face
and wanting her to wear my high school sweater
and not noticing her sweater with the red bow
Thank goodness geezers thrive on broken hearts
sweet love sweet true love
best thing since sliced bread
sorry mark I feel silly
must be spring fever when
my thoughts turn to baseballs
but thanks for the inspiration enjoyed the poem

Re: the dance of never forget
going to dance every chance
no regrets
Dino and I use to talk about meeting at the market at the foot of Broadway in Fells Point. We walked those streets a generation apart, much was still the same in our worlds, except the five cent ice milk shakes had gone up in price to two bits.
