Nice. Reminds me of my Bosque del Apache pic that used to turn up in the S8 banners-- perfect water mirror, tree growing out of and into earth..

I like the way you can see further into the woods during the fall... you can almost glimpse the grand layout of the terrain... almost...

Is that near Oliver Beach?
Seems like I could stand on the tip of the sandbar and see the mouth of another river that was flowing into the GunPowder.
this was back in the forties, and we could hear the booms from the Aberdeen Proving Grounds
