Portrait Of An Artist As A Young Man..........started to read this when I was a young artist....had to put it down.....the language was too much like something my english teachers wouldtry to cram down my throat in high school....now I'm swimming in it...

Joyce is good but is he really worth the time? Seems there are other more exciting writers, less tedious than Joyce.

a gram of kakfa is worth an ounce of joyce.

tho, it should be said,
an ounce of joyce is worth a pound of proust.
