you shouldn't write poems.
No one will read your leaking
politics, the death of art.

Thanks. Channeling my inner "perezozo" here, I guess. (Erstwhile "critic" who posted here years ago.) He loathed "poesy" too absorbed in itself, yet he blasted anything "too political" as well. I can (sort of) see his point(s), if the transcendence of art is lost in either case... Anyway...
