8. So, like, what's up with the wheezing android/cyborg Herr Heinous (or whatever his name was)? He didn't have no lungs! Did the programmer add a wheezing effect in his vocalization routine as a special effect to indicate agedness or frailty?


(sorry this isn't really a 'maxim' but it had to be said.)
