The Entrance of the Sun

Post by saw »

walked around the lake
just as I do every morning
before the sunrise
I've been meaning to start
a new place on Studio Eight
to share the astounding images
of a new day,
The Entrance of the Sun....
one day I will.....at times it is stately
like a gentleman doffing his hat,
and at other times wild
like a woman with her hair on fire.
each new day a total surprise
forget about the weather report
I was there !
the death of empathy is the birth of barbarism

anyone can watch a sunset - but there's something sacred about watching a day get born - maybe the effort involved - like getting ready for church....

yes Roy "sacred" is how I would frame my time there
it's a big effort some mornings to leave in the dark
but I'm never ever disappointed when the sun shows up
and judih the energy is palpable and regenerating
the death of empathy is the birth of barbarism
