sometime soon
I plan to fly away
I've been thinking about this
for two years now
I figure if I concentrate
hard enough
I can grow wings
out of the middle of my back
much like a lizard
regenerating a limb
by focusing on it,
appendages should be a snap
it's not a whole leg or anything like that,
and when I go
no mushy goodbyes
just a pat on the back
like you give to an astronaut,
just a Godspeed !
