( found poem, with tweaks )


big road curves around the outside of the city
under grey & white skies
you, adorable, sitting in the chair, your left arm getting ink

the black hoodie you were wearing
tell me what it said
so I know it's you
Doll, you may have found a place of rest but I'm still on the trail.
