I've taken a deep dive into this
and I'm 100% sure of the reasons
it's being forced down our throats
number one is to centralize control...
rein in immense power, number two
is to accelerate inequity
I just wanted to retire
and have a few good years in the woods

Well that's what I've been wondering too.
I enthusiastically joined that highway,
god that was 22 years ago (2003) I think.
We were all headed in the same direction,
or so I thought at the time, naive as I was.
