Thanksgiving's pver and the turkey is gone, well, almost. Now you have to find a way to work to those pounds off. You are invited to the DARC's marathon weight loss program. Bring your pen, low calorie drink and write till you sweat and feel the burn in those arm muscles. Shed those pounds together! Relax sit back and write it out of your system.
