I had a vision of delight
seven pretty angels dressed in white.
One carried a baby dressed in blue
to represent a world long over due
for enlightenment.
A last chance to repent
for all its transgression against mother earth.
The angel carried the Baby fresh from birth
laid him in the clouds above.
Nourished by the spirit of a snow white dove
he grew to be the spirit of hope
and the father of love.

Tis the season to be jolly
if it be with Sue or Holly,
but that would be folly
if dandy got a hold of me
so this Christmas I'm a married man

i've got five minutes
waiting for the upload
and the flow begins
to unleash it's lowdown
i've got a blizzard of spirits
brewing by midnight
simmering to pour out
the heart's delights
on wintery west coast nights
spirits mulled with spices
long stored for no reason
re-emerging finally
in this new freedom season
sessions impending
and poems fermenting
in chilly basement cellars
and approaching relenting...
