threads of time.

In the woods a
deep silence,

standing still
the hummingbird
moves rapidly,

plodding along
the turtle feels
the Sun.

A haunted childhood
A crazy old man

A pilgrim on the road
a serpent on a rock
the sun's warmth on my face
