Probably because it started with a pretty dam good poem

it was laid out like a poem
but I don't know how many feet it had
was it iambic or blank
I don't know jack sh*t about poetry

Serio, would even Saint Vladimir (as in Lenin) allowed JC in the Duma? Ah doubt it. Or they would have had JC play chess for a few days, and if He beat a real comrade (like VIL), then awarded him his H and S colors. Or maybe just tossed him in mineshaft.
